Application of industrial fiber switch 



Production Steps:


  • Welding: Weld the necessary components
  • Cleaning: To avoid any possible dysfunction due to dust or scraps on the PCB boards.
  • Assembling: Builds up components of a product, like panels, screws, PCB boards.
  • Testing: To make sure the product is basically working fine after assembling
  • Aging: To check if the product can work smoothly for long time without any minors such as LED indicators, voltage. This will usually last for 24 to 48 hours.
  • Testing: To test if the product can process data or video signals correctly. Any data loss? Transmission rate correct? Any data packet failure? Such questions would be verified in this procedure.
  • QC testing: This is the third and also last check of product quality. If it goes good, our packing staff will pack it up according to customer requirements and attach to the packing box a product label.
  • When all above is done, the product will go to market.


FAQ


1. What is the input voltage?

A: For PoE switches, it is DC48V~52V.

For non-PoE switches, it is DC12V~52V.


2. What is the power budget?

A: Each PoE port supports 15.4W/30W/60W output.

The default output is 30W(please let us know if you need 60W type)

The total budget: output watts of each port times PoE ports


3. Is it managed?

A: No, this series is unmanaged.

We have another managed series for your choice.


4. What installation method does it support?

A: It supports Din Rail and wall mounting.

If a special mounting kit is required, it is OK, we dealt with it before.


5. Does the fiber port support 100M speed?

A: Yes, for 100M models, it just supports 100M modules.

For Gigabit models, the fiber port is 100M/1000M auto-adaptive, you can insert 155Mb/s or 1.25Gb/s modules, both will work.
