1. Details of Containerized Block Ice Machine:
1) Container: 20 ft GP. 40 ft HQ second hand container
2) Machine capacity: from 1 ton to 12 ton. 12 ton is the maximum production, because the maximum length of container is 12 meter only. The machine bigger than 12 ton can not built in container
3) Size of block ice 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 25kg. If the block ice was bigger than 25 kg, it is not easy to take out from brine water tank.
4) Ice Freezing time: 5 hrs to 12 hrs, it according the thickness of ice block.

Coil pipe evaporator: No need to worry that the salinity become low and evaporator will be broken down due to No adding salt in time.
Agitator instead of water pump: High quantity of brine flow and better heat exchange effect.
