The Salad washer is suitable for washing all kinds of leafy vegetables that float in water. For example, lettuce, romaine, baby spinach, mixed leafy vegetables, or leafy greens. The washer can be equipped with various options, making it fully customizable.

Introduction:
1.Washing tank, spraying nozzles and vibration out feed combined together.Wash, rinse and drain in one machine. 2.Up and down rolling cages collect worms and impurity. 3.Washing system permits the product to pass through the washing tank along an adjustable water spiral, which means a distance of approximately four times the length of the wash tank itself. 4.Heavy dirt particles (like small stones) and sand are removed from the product flow.

Fresh cut vegetables processing line
(1)Preparation table: Cut vegetables to 2 or 4 parts. Waste is put into funnels. Good vegetables are put on middle conveyor belt.
(2)Leafy vegetable cutting machine : Adjustable speed which suitable for cutting vegetables to different size.
(3) Elevator : Connect vegetable cutting machine with washing machine.
(4) 1st spiral washing machine: Unique spiral water flow prolong washing time. Up and down rolling cages collect worms and impurity.
(5) 2nd spiral washing machine: Similar to 1st spiral washing machine. Clean vegetabgles again to guarantee washing effect.
(6)Double directions conveyor: Vegetables fall down to conveyor belt and delivered to plastic baskets. When 1 basket is going to full, conveyor deliver vegetables to another baskets.
(7) Vegetables is put into spin dryer and remove the extra water drop down. Salad is finished.
