JLSD electronic dough stretching machine is the instrument that records the extensibility and burthen extending curve (till it breaks) of the dough sample. The characteristics of the load stretching curve can be used to evaluate the general characteristics of the wheat flour, such as anti-stretching resistance, extensibility and energy etc., and it is applicable to the wheat flour.
The instrument adopts sensor to measure the extension force bearing load of the dough. The special data collection module and software complete data collection, processing and automatic analysis, and draw stretching curve in real time. Principle
- USB connection, support plug and play.
- 300g and 50g can be changed to use; procedure can identify the cylinder size and auto carry out different arithmetic, no need to adjust manually.
