Application
Flow balancer provides continuous flow control or continuous batching for free flowing bulk solids. It is suitable for bulk materials with uniform particle size and good flowability. Typical materials are malt, rice and wheat. It can be used as mixture of grain in flour mills and rice mills.

◆ The rectifier buffer chute feeder is smooth with no impact dead corner and can guarantee the integrity of weighing materials effectively.
◆ The cabinet design is integrated and closed,with no dust leakage and can guarantee clean production.
◆ The meter adopts integrated modular design which lead to high intelligence and simple operation.
◆ The automatic zero tracking system and PID regulation can adapt to the process requirements of different.
◆ Single batcher can control and weigh the flow of solid materials, and multiple batchers can form a dynamic batching control system by networking.
◆ The batcher supports Modbus-RTU and Profibus-DP communication mode.
Online batching system
Flow balancer: Adopting the pressure sensor and single chip technology, it has similar working principle with , the difference is the actuator of adopts cylinder control gate, but we use the energy saving gear motor (≤40W) to control the slide gate, which not only greatly improved the wheat proportion precision and saved a lot of energy, but also not affected by temperature in winter.
Flow balancer is an independent closed loop control system, and a series of flow balancer forms an on-line wheat proportion system
There is no mechanical blind space in the flow balancer; and the material flows by gravity, which ensures the integrity of weighing materials.
