The machine Widely applied in modern flour mills to produce flour with high quality. Successfully used to produce semolina flour in durum flour mills.
Working principle:
Materials are evenly distributed on the screen surface through feeding gate, and screen frame is divided into three layers. When the materials are screened, the air flow blows up the particles with the lightest specific gravity from the bottom up, then taken away by air flow through ventilation hood. Lighter materials are discharged out through port on the screen, and clean powder particles would pass through screen holes. The materials under the screen are accumulated in the conveying tank based on quality requirements.
