Compared with the ordinary filter press, the high-pressure diaphragm filter press consists of a diaphragm plate and a diaphragm matching plate. The diaphragm filter plate is made of modified reinforced polypropylene and TPE, and is injected by a 4000T high-pressure injection molding machine. Diaphragm filter press adopts water pressure or air pressure during the secondary pressing process, and the pressure can reach 0.8-2.0mpa, which greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the moisture content of the filter cake. The high-pressure diaphragm filter press has the advantages of good stability, high degree of automation and low moisture content of the filter cake during use.
