Hydraulic Pressing Plate And Frame Filter Press For Oil Industry Treatment
The plate and frame filter press is a group of filter chambers composed of alternately arranged filter plates and filter frames. There are grooves on the surface of the filter plate. The protruding part is used to support the filter cloth. There are through holes on the corners of the filter plate and filter frame, which form a complete channel after assembly, which can lead in suspension, washing water and lead out filtrate. There are handles on both sides of the plate and frame supported on the beam, and the plate and frame are pressed by the pressing device. The filter cloth between the plate and frame acts as a gasket. The suspended hydraulic pressure is fed into the filter chamber by the feed pump, and the filter residue is formed on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is filled. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and along the filter plate groove to the corner channel of the plate frame, and is centrally discharged. After filtration, wash the filter residue with cleaning water. When washing Huangpu, sometimes compressed air is introduced to remove the remaining washing liquid, and then the filter press is opened to remove the filter residue, clean the filter cloth, re compress the plate and frame and start the next working cycle.

Product structure and features:
1)For the plate frame filter press, the hollow frames are put between two plates to form a filter chamber. Generally, for the filter presses, the filter medium is the filter cloth. But for the plate frame filter press, the filter plate is flat, so besides the filter cloth, it can also use the filter paper to realize fine filtration or even ultra-filtration.
2)The plate frame filter press cannot bear the higher filtering pressure, because of no supporting points as chamber filter plates. And it only can discharge cakes manually, so the model normally is not very big. The max filter plate size is 1m. It's mainly for the laboratory and fine chemical industries.
