Framed Filter Disc

Single or multiple layers of woven mesh cloths are encapsulated in an aluminum binding. The rigid form of framed packs helps control the flatness of the pack, improving the sealing effect and consistency of itself. Most of them could be used in the plastic or rubber melt filtration process and are of the highest quality.

Leaf Disc Filter

Leaf disc filter, integrated into filtering, washing, drying, is processed by sintered wire cloth laminates or sintered non-woven fiber metal felt media, which is good for high-molecular polymer filtration. The unique design of leaf disc assembly maximizes the effective filtration area.

Perforated Filter Disc

Pleated Filter Disc

Sintered Metal Filter Disc

Sintered metal filter disc is a multilayer composite of sintered wire mesh and/ or sintered fiber felt. These media composites are diffusion-bonded for high- pressure polymer filtration applications. Most discs are custom designed to suit different filtration needs.

4. Filter Disc Application

Filter discs are mainly used in the absorption, evaporation and filtration process in petroleum, chemical, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, ship, and automobiles to delete the mist drop or liquid foam or used as air filter in cars and trucks.
