Polyester Filter Spiral Belt for drying in paper making industries
ShengXuan industrial filter fabrics have been divided into four applications:
Sludge dewatering filter belt mesh
Vacuum filter belt
Paper making filter belt
Refined filter belt
The products are widely applied in dewatering equipments including belt presses, horizontal vacuum belt press, paper drying conveyor machine, plate and frame filter presses, disc filters, drum filters and contiunous filter press.
ShengXuan maufacture many different industry spcific fabrics and filters. All fabrics are woven with moniflament wire or a combination of monofilament and multifilament wires from virgin high viscosity PET, PP,PA,PPS chips. After heat setting and calendaring the fabric has the following advantages:
Shape stability: The fabrics will maintain their shape under proper temperature and tensile strength settings.
Chemical stability: The industrial filter fabrics are anti-acid, anti-alkali, and anti-corrosive. They also are able to withstand high temperature.
Long life: The industrial filter fabrics are anti-abrasive and have a strong tensile strength.
