Characteristics of Fecal Dewatering Treatment
1) The Volume of the old biogas tank originally built by farmers is too small, and the retention time of sewage into the tank is too short, resulting in excessive discharge of sewage concentration. Then, before the sewage is immersed into the tank, the use of livestock manure solid-liquid separator can effectively reduce the content of sewage COD and BOD, reduce the operating load of the biogas tank, thus achieving the reduction and reduction of sewage discharge;
2) The Use of solid-liquid separator can turn the feces in fresh sewage into valuable fish feed or organic fertilizer. After separating the sewage intermittently into the biogas tank, so that the anaerobic tank has a full digestion time. Make the active bacteria in the pool multiply more vigorously and produce more gas. The content of methane gas is naturally high and the purity of the gas is high;
3) Sewage Treated by solid-liquid separator enters the digester. Can effectively solve the phenomenon of husking biogas tank, removed the work of cleaning biogas residue;
4) The Use of solid liquid separator of animal manure, can reduce the construction investment pool, for example: discharge 100 tons of sewage each day breeding or slaughterhouses, if with a matching solid liquid separator in advance of animal manure treatment, can reduce 300 cubic YanYangChi of construction investment, because high concentrations of fecal sewage mixed into the pool, anaerobic time also needs to be extended accordingly, so according to the daily discharge 100 tons of sewage farms, poultry and animal feces solid liquid separator without processing.
