Energy-Saving And Efficient Conch Sludge Dewatering Equipment
The water treatment process generally produces different properties of water-containing sludge. Description
The chamber of filter press consists of chamber plate and membrane plate, the raw material will be feeded into the chamber by feeding pump, and then finish the operation of solid and liquid through fiter cloth under pressure. nextly the air will be pressed to the chamber after the solid become to cake for second squeezing, this make the moisture content more lower than normally filter press. re the viscosite materail and high requirement of cake, this type of machine has unique characteristics.
Advantages
of bentonite filter press
1.Sludge is transported to the dewatering section after gravity concentration in the thickening section. In the process of advance, with the gradual reduction of filter slot and screw pitch, and the blocking effect of back pressure plate, great pressure is generated and volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of full dehydration.
2.Good filtration effect and little water content.
3.Small area, no one can run, low requirement for sludge viscosity.
