Description:

The glass packaging tubular quartz furnace is specially designed for the glass packaging process, the small batch production of Kovar alloy micro oxidization and other materials, and the diffusion and annealing processes of solar cell wafers.

➢Characteristics:

◆Working temperature: R~1000℃.

◆Diameter of furnace tube: 90mm~250mm optional.

◆Number of temperature zones: 3~6 optional.

◆Number of furnace tubes: 1~4 optional.

◆Programmed temperature controller, intelligent logic PID algorithm, precise control.

◆Actuation element: Imported SSR, high precision, no noise.

◆The ceramic fiber FEC heating module is adopted, the resistance wire-embedded surrounding heating is realized, and the temperature rise rate can reach 10℃.

◆Over-temperature protective function: The power is off automatically when the temperature exceeds the permissible set values.

◆Safety protection: The power is off automatically when the furnace body leaks current.

◆Air cooling by quick cooling quartz chamber or circulating water cooling optional according to the process.

◆The exported products are equipped with the alcohol lamp holder.

◆The quartz cap structure is convenient for feeding and reclaiming.
