This type of furnace is specially designed for the drying and heat treatment of the polyimide fiber, fully considers and understands the characteristics of the preparation processes of polyimide fiber materials, and meets the special requirements on the key processes. It is of the metal inner hearth structure, is integrated with the auxiliary open ring for air supply, and the whole-fiber ultra-lightweight material is adopted as the heat-insulating material for heat insulation; inert gas protection (N2): pre-reserved interface for testing oxygen content in the furnace online; the imported single-circuit intelligent temperature controller is adopted for the temperature control and multi-point testing; the furnace has the characteristics of high temperature control precision, high temperature stability, etc., and has the advantages of lower overall energy consumption of equipment, attractive and tidy appearance. (Note: The equipment is non-standard and customized.)
