Desctiption:
The FXL binder removal and sintering integral box-type furnace is specially designed for the binder removal, pre-sintering and sintering processes of magnetic powdery materials, NFC ferrite magnetic sheets, advanced ceramic materials, electronic elements and devices, the Swedish imported resistance wire is spirally wound on the corundum tube for hearting on five surfaces, and the temperature field uniformity is extremely good.

◆Working temperature: RT～1000℃ and RT～1250℃.
◆Intelligent preprogrammed temperature controller: Can edit, save and transfer multiple programs. No need to reset, simplicity in operation and stability in control.
◆Over-temperature protective function: The power is off automatically when the temperature exceeds the permissible set values.
◆Safety protection: The power is off automatically when the furnace body leaks current.
◆Power is off when the door is opened, and the safety is high.
◆Five-surface heating, extremely good temperature field uniformity, good consistency, good repetition, and convenience in change.
◆The adjustable fresh air inlet is pre-reserved at the bottom, and the waste gas exhaust device is pre-reserved on the top.
