Environmental protection rapid rotating flash drying for soybean Protein is developed by our company, and its technology is based on advanced techinology adored. It eliminates pollution and the technology is reached international advance level. Flash drying machine has the original bearing induction cooling (water cooling), oil pump design with connection to send oil lubrication, cooling the bearing, seal performance, on the spindle design uses a half ring, motor using speed regulation, smooth transmission, low noise, the service life is ten times of similiar products.
Principle of work
The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction.Under the driving of the stirrer,a powerful rotating wind area is formed.The paste state materials enter into the dryer through the screw charger.Under the powerful function effect of stirring at high-speed roation,the materials are distributed under the function of s trike,friction and shearing force.The block state materials will soon be smashed and contact the hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried.The dried materials after the de-watering will go up with the hot-air flow.The grading rings will stop and keep the big particles.Small particles will be sidcharged out of the dryer from the ring center and will be collected in the cyclone and dust collector.
Features

Application
1. Organic compounds: Fenatrol (insecticide of agrochemicals), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and so on.
2. Dyestuff: anthraquinone, black ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, all kinds of intermediate of azo dye-stuff.
3. Inorganic compounds: borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, ferric oxide, barium carbonate,
antimony trioxide, all kind of metallic hydroxide, all kinds of heavy metallic salt, synthetic cryolite and so on.
4. Cermics: kaoline, silicone trioxide, caly and so on.
5. Foodstuff: soya protein, agglomerative starch, lees, triticin, wheat starch and so on.
