Main Application
New Type Electric Hydraulic Dry Granulator Equipment for pressed pill makes raw material from powder to granule directly.
The granules produced by the equipment could press tablet, be infusion and fill in capsule. The machine is suitable in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, chemical industry and so on, specially suit for the material couldn’t granulating by wet process.
1. Density of dry powder-granule is uniform, solubility is good.
2. Special raw material transmission construction system could keep efficient working.
3. Roller water is in circular cooling, raw material won’t stick to roller.
4. There’s no need for wetting agent such as water or ethanol, no need for second heating drying, less working procedure, high efficiency and low cost.
5. It is adapted Electro-hydraulic, easy in operation.
6. Closed operation could meet the requirement of GMP.
Powder material after mixing,sent to the feeding bin from granulator' top feeding mouth,mixed powder materials is pushed down by screw feeding mechanism,Powder drops into the gap between the two rollers,The roller is rotating and the powder is pressed into slices by cylinder,slices drop down and be granulated by granulator to the particles that needed.
