Application
CSJ Series Primary Crusher industrial grinder machine for large granules is used in pharmacy, chemistry, metallurgy, and food and constructure industry. It can be used for processing the hard crushing materials, such ad plastics, brass wires, and Chinese herbal medicine and rubber, etc. Besides, it can be used as auxiliary equipment for micro pulverizer and super-micro pulverizer.
Structure feature
1. CSJ Series Primary Crusher industrial grinder machine for large granulesis composed of frame, motor, assistant drive plate, blade, screener, feeding room and so on.
2. When the material going to the crushing room, the eight moving knives and four fixed knives cutting the material at the same time till the material size can through the screener, the big material would be cut again and again till the size is ok.
3. The knife distance of the moving and fixed can be adjusted according to the material size.
Work Princple
Materials into the hopper by smashing into the room, by the blade and the knife down the impact of rotary and fixed-blade knife at the same time shear grinding, due to the role of rotating centrifugal force, material automatically outflow from the exit.
