Description
DSH Series wet type double screw cone mixer for heavy gravity powder can mix powder material, granule material and liquid material (added liquor). It is used widely in many places, for heat sensitive material, it won’t create over heat; for granule material, it won’t crash or grind; for material with big proportion difference or particle diameter, it won’t make the segregation problem; for coarse grain, fine granule and super fine powder, fiber or flake materials, it also has good adaptability.
Application
DSH Series wet type double screw cone mixer for heavy gravity powder is widely used to mix the material of solid-solid (powder -powder); solid-liquid (powder-liquor) and liquid-liquid (liquor-liquor).
It is applied to many places such as chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff, biotechnology, healthy products, feedstuff, fertilizer, oil field, pesticide, veterinary drugs, dyestuff, pigment, dope, metallurgy, mine, building materials, electron, plastic, ceramics, glasses and so on.
Features
DSH Series wet type double screw cone mixer for heavy gravity powder equips with a set of motor and reducer to provide the self-rotation. It adopts one long and one short screw rod to stir material, which make the mixing range big, mixing speed fast, and especially suitable for materials of big proportion difference. All contact parts with material of the mixer are made of stainless steel.
