Structure Features
1. The technical conditions of CZ chemical process pump are in accordance with ISO5199 and GB/T5656 standards. The pump has the features of high safety and reliability, high versatility and wide application range. At the same time, it follows the structural standard of industrial process pump. The pull-back design makes disassembly and maintenance safety, convenient and reduce the maintenance and repair costs
2. CZ chemical process pump is component assembly, 40 types with only 6 bearing body parts. The same series of the pump have the most interchangeable parts. The inlet and outlet flange adopts GB/T9113.1-2000PN2.5MPa standard flange and the welding flange of the Ministry of Chemical Industry European system HG20595 standard according to user requirements.
3. CZ chemical process pump adopts integral casting closed impeller, which has strong adaptability to working conditions, high efficiency and optimal cavitation performance. The impeller has back blade or balance hole, which can reduce axial thrust and seal chamber pressure, prolong the service life of bearing
