Silicon nitride is a compound synthesized under artificial conditions. Although silicon nitride was directly synthesized more than 140 years ago, it was only remembered as a stable "refractory" nitride at that time. The strength and hardness of oxidized ceramic balls are almost unchanged at 600. C. The true density is 6.00g/cm3, and the thermal expansion rate is close to that of metal, so it can be used in conjunction with metal.
