Silicon carbide heat exchanger block holes are made by direct isostatic pressing, pressure-free sintering, through the wall of the vertical hole and horizontal hole to achieve two media heat transfer. Aperture size can be designed according to the design requirements, the minimum aperture up to 6mm, the most hole wall thickness up to 2.5mm.

Silicon carbide heat exchanger block hole size accuracy ±1.0mm, thickness ±0.1mm, can also be finished according to customer requirements, higher accuracy.
Silicon carbide heat exchanger blocks have excellent heat transfer efficiency with a thermal conductivity of up to 140W/m•K.
Silicon carbide heat exchange block hole has a comprehensive corrosion resistance, can be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and a variety of mixed acid, life is much longer than graphite and metal materials.
SiC Heat Exchanger Holes are designed with sealing waterlines and are pressure-sealed with a corrosion resistant material.
Silicon carbide heat exchange block holes are factory tested for strict dimensions, water pressure resistance (40BAR), air pressure resistance (15BAR) and surface fluorescence penetration.
Specifications
At present, the maximum size of the outer diameter can reach 300mm, and the height can reach 300mm.
By the end of 2021, the maximum outer diameter can reach 600mm, and the height can reach 400mm.
The hole size ranges from 6mm-30mm, and the hole wall thickness ranges from 2.5-5mm.
The shape and sealing method of the hole of the heat exchange block are customized according to customer drawings.
