C: This series of pumps adopts single-stage single-acting structure, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions such as large liquid discharge and load shock fluctuation. The exhaust system of the 2FE1 series liquid ring vacuum pump adopts a unique PTFE valve plate structure (the original water ring pump is a ball valve structure). The valve plate covers the vent hole on the outside of the flat disc and is positioned by the stainless steel baffle on the other side. The valve plate changes its bending degree as the inlet pressure changes, so that the pumping medium reaches the inlet pressure. Can be discharged outside the pump. The structure avoids over-compression in the vacuum system and automatically adjusts the exhaust area to reduce energy consumption for optimum operating efficiency.
D: We have optimized the system for key parts such as distribution plate, impeller and pump shaft, simplifying the structure, improving performance and achieving energy saving. We use welding impeller, the blade is stamped and formed once, and the profile is reasonable; The problem of dynamic balance has been solved fundamentally. The impeller and the pump shaft adopt hot-filled interference fit, which has reliable performance and stable operation. After the impeller is welded, the overall heat treatment is good, and the blade has good toughness, which makes the blade's impact resistance and bending resistance fundamentally guaranteed, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions of load shock fluctuation.
