Industrial thermal oil boiler is based on the balance of the burner flame volume and the heat exchange surface area of the diesel, natural gas and city gas fuel. The outlet flue gas of the exhaust pipe reaches the optimum temperature, and the extra thick insulation layer minimizes the heat dissipation of the boiler. All types of boilers are assembled boilers, and only the system equipment and pipelines need to be connected to the boiler installation. The design of the integrated boiler makes installation easier and faster. The boiler uses intelligent control to make the boiler operation particularly convenient and simple. The controller is analog screen display, centralized control by central processor, automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of circulating pump, automatic fault handling and alarm.

The thermal oil heaters in assembly structure is easy for installation by just connecting system devices. Intelligent control system makes heater operation control easy. Controller with screen display has auto igniting, burning, circulation pumps control, alarm and other control functions.

Thermal oil boiler are insulated with rock wool, whose thickness of which is 100 mm to minimize heat loss and the rock wool is covered with embossed metal sheet, whose thickness of which is 0.8 mm.

Technical parameters
