DZH biomass fired moving grate steam boiler is single drum boiler with both water tube and fire tube, the combustion equipment is moving grate. Water wall tubes at left and right sides of furnace are the radiated heating area. the two wings at furnace and spirally corrugated tubes in the drum are convection heating area. This coal fired moving grate boiler uses the upper drum, water wall tube and head are in symmetrical arrangement mode. The furnace structure is in reasonable arrangement to achieve high efficiency. This moving grate boiler adopts several environmental protect measures (bag dust collector, double towers desulfurization, etc.) to meet the national emission requirement.

Boiler Structure 

Combustion process:

The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the induced draft fan.

Technical characteristics

(1) The pot barrel is composed of arch tube plate and threaded smoke pipe, so that the pot barrel is changed from a quasi-rigid body to a quasi-elastic body structure, and the stretch parts in the tube-plate area are eliminated to reduce the stress.The smoke pipe in the tube plate is changed from two return journey to single return journey, which solves the problem of crack in the tube plate.

(2) The bottom of the pot is arranged with an ascending pipe row, which eliminates the stagnant area at the bottom of the pot and makes the mud residue not easy to deposit. The high temperature area of the pot can be well cooled to prevent the bottom bulge of the pot.

(3) High efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe is adopted to enhance the heat transfer effect and achieve the characteristics of boiler heating up and rapid pressure boost, thus improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

(4) Compact structure, compared with the same type of boiler, the shape size is small, save investment in boiler house infrastructure.

(5) Stable operation, convenient adjustment and sufficient output.

(6) The threaded smoke pipe is used to enhance the heat transfer, which improves the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, because the smoke has a disturbance effect in the pipe.Smoke tube is not easy to accumulate ash, play the role of cleaning.

(7) The eight-character wall in the furnace and the smoke window at the exit have a certain dust-lowering effect.The original dust emission concentration of the boiler is controlled below the standard to ensure that the soot emission of the boiler meets the national environmental protection regulations.

(8) The unique double-layer secondary air design improves the ignition condition of biomass fuel, adopts the independent air chamber, achieves the reasonable distribution of wind, forms an aerodynamic field favorable to combustion in the furnace, and makes the combustion temperature and combustion efficiency high.
