DZH biomass horizontal steam boiler, is a horizontal three - return water - fire tube hybrid boiler, in the boiler barrel arranged with a bunch of threaded smoke pipe.The left and right sides of the furnace chamber are equipped with water cooling walls of light pipes.It adopts light movable grate, manual feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation.The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt new energy saving technology.After the fuel falls on the grate, enters the furnace and burns, the flame, through the rear arch refraction, turns upward through the burning Chambers on both sides of the body, turns back to the front smoke box, and then returns to the tube bundle in the pot through the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and then is pumped by the induced draft fan to the air through the flue to the chimney.
Structure
The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the induced draft fan.

Automatic control and fault protection of steam boiler
Boiler steam pressure automatic regulation system: boiler steam pressure automatic regulation system control system into the working state, in meeting the necessary conditions for combustion: when the steam pressure in the boiler is higher than or equal to the set pressure limit, the control system output stop signal.Until the induced draft fan is stopped.
Feed water automatic control: when the system is on duty and working normally, start the feed water pump, the water pump works, the water level differential pressure transmitter detects the water level signal, and keeps the water level of the pot stable.Ensure the quality of steam.The water level regulating instrument shows the boiler water level.
Manual control: The water pump can also be manually controlled by touching the key on the control panel.
Fault alarm and protection
The control system can monitor the current working conditions of the steam boiler in real time and carry out real-time and comprehensive intelligent fault identification and treatment.The control system can diagnose and deal with the following faults in real time:
Extremely high steam pressure protection: When the steam in the pot is overpressured, the control system will immediately enter the chain, and sound and light alarm will be given, and the screen will display "extremely high steam pressure".After the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to break the chain.
Protection of water shortage in boiler: in case of extremely low water level failure due to pump failure or other reasons, the control system will immediately shut down the power supply of induced draft fan, enter the chain, and alarm with sound and light, and the screen will show extremely low water level.After the fault is eliminated, press the reset button to break the chain.
Ultra high boiler water level: when the water level in the pot is higher than the upper warning level, sound and light alarm will be given.Prompt "ultra high limit of water level in the pot", the display screen prompt drainage.Automatic recovery after the fault is eliminated, stop the pump without stopping the furnace.
Water pump motor overload: heat relay action when water pump motor overflows, cut off the power supply of water pump motor and stop water pump, realized by hardware.
Power failure: In case of power failure, the control system will immediately shut down the power supply of all equipment in the cabinet.When the power is restored, the cabinet will be in the off-duty state automatically. It is necessary to restart the machine and start the equipment to ensure the safety of the equipment.
