General Introduction

The exhaust gas temperature of normal three pass fire tube boiler is high, the water vapor is in the overheated or gaseous state. If the exhaust temperature is reduced to a sufficiently low level, the water vapor in the flue gas will condense and the latent heat of vaporization of the condensate can be used.

The automatic steam boiler which takes advantage of the water vapor in condensed flue gas,fully absorbs the exhaust heat of the boiler and the latent heat of vaporization of the steam is called a condensing boiler.
