DZH biomass horizontal steam boiler, is a horizontal three - return water - fire tube hybrid boiler, in the boiler barrel arranged with a bunch of threaded smoke pipe.The left and right sides of the furnace chamber are equipped with water cooling walls of light pipes.It adopts light movable grate, manual feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation.The front and rear arches of the furnace adopt new energy saving technology.After the fuel falls on the grate, enters the furnace and burns, the flame, through the rear arch refraction, turns upward through the burning Chambers on both sides of the body, turns back to the front smoke box, and then returns to the tube bundle in the pot through the front smoke box, enters the economizer through the rear smoke box, and then is pumped by the induced draft fan to the air through the flue to the chimney.

Structure 

Combustion process:

The fuel enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The flue gas from the production enters the convection tube bundle on both wings along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the smoke outlet on the middle partition wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the dust collector, and is pumped and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney by the induced draft fan.

Main features of DZH type steam boiler

1. The steam boiler is the horizontal quick-loading boiler with natural circulation of working medium.

The boiler heat exchange system is composed of a boiler barrel, a set box and a water cooling wall. The main heating surface is composed of a furnace water cooling wall, part of the boiler barrel and a convection tube bundle inside the boiler barrel.

2. Advanced design performance:

The main heating surface tube of the boiler is made of seamless steel tube of no. 20 low and medium pressure boiler, and the boiler barrel is made of special steel plate for the boiler.The left and right containers are made of seamless steel tubes.

3. The boiler arch is made of fire-resistant concrete.The rear arch is low and long, so it burns well. The wings of the flue and the side wall tiles are made of refractory sintered bricks.Boiler front wall and back wall adopt universal firebrick.

4. Reasonable exhaust ventilation, large combustion chamber and strong applicability of coal.Suitable for all kinds of bituminous coal or anthracite, mixed coal.Well burned.Because the high-temperature flue gas first enters the settlement chamber, and then from both sides enters the two wings of the flue and the front smoke box, so the effect of smoke removal and dust removal is good.
