LSS type vertical automatic steam generator without inspection has simple and accurate control technology, high thermal efficiency, short preheating time, and adopts arc-shaped tube structure to make the heat and cold exchange uniform and reach the set pressure at a higher speed. The steam pressure can reach 0.4mpa within 5-8 minutes after starting up. It is controlled by a one-key start button, and up to 4 time periods can be set to automatically start up and run. The equipment is equipped with multiple protection measures such as automatic water filling, pressure control, water shortage protection and alarm, automatic shutdown of extremely low water level, overpressure protection, and overpressure safety valve.

Boiler Features
1) The boilers have 2 functions
- Supply Heating for house, apartment. It connect with radiator/floor heating pipe to combine a system to working.
- Shower Hot Water for house, apartment.
These 2 function work separately and work in different temperature range.
2) Heating function has 2 models to select,
- they can change each other easily through "Model changer" on the boiler bottom.
- Floor heating: 30~55°C;
- Radiator: 30~80°C, it is free to set up the temperature.
3) Domestic hot water is prior.
- When hot water faucet is opened the gas boiler convert from Heating mode to Domestic hot water mode.
- Until user close water faucet the boiler will continue to supply heating.
- Above action is controlled automatically by the Microcomputer inside boiler.
4) Anti-freeze protection.
- When the room temperature drop to below 7°C the circulating water pump operate and modulating gas valve allows to warm the water to 30°C then boiler stop working.
- Above acton also be controlled by the Microcomputer inside boiler.
5) Pressure release safety valve.
- When the Heating system pressure reach to 3 bar the safety valve will be opened to relief the high pressure automatically.
6) Balance type smoke tube, means Air inlet pipe and Exhaust pipe combined into a concentric circles.
- Its advantage is not only discharge the exhaust gas outside but also consume the outdoor fresh air instead of indoor.
- Moreover the high temp exhaust gas can preheat cold outside air that can increase the boiler heat efficiency.
7) Exhaust by powerful blower.
Boiler Application
LSS series vertical steam generator can be wildly used in pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, light industry, textile, building materials, farming, food and beverage, plastics and foam, printing & dyeing and washing, rubber processing, paper making, wood processing, hotel, garment leather, etc. This series boiler can also be applied to generate electricity at some districts where electricity power is in short. Even they can be used as a power plant boiler start-up.
