The Latest technology 5-30T waste oil distillation machine to diesel is amazing technical solution for different waste oil such as waste engine oil, pyrolysis oil, sludge oil, mud oil ,very thick dirty impurities oil. This technology is mainly to use steam generator to make steam which can have effection with oil gas to reduce pressure to vacuum level.then when the operation is going on,diesel can be produced at 300℃ -550℃,however,now the highest temperature is 300℃ -380℃.in this way oil quality will be highly improved and also fuel can be used less.

The pyrolysis oil with black color after distillation and remove color and smell , we will get synthetic diesel oil with yellow color,which can be used for diesel engines like trucks , tractors , ships etc.

Working process of waste engine oil distillation machine

1. Heat the heat conduction oil with the heat conduction oil furnace;
2. The heat conducting oil flows into the coil in the distillation reactor and heats the waste engine oil in the distillation reactor;
3. When the waste engine oil is heated to a certain temperature, the reactor is directly heated with fuel. As the temperature increases,the waste engine oil produces oil and flows into the buffer tank. The odorous light components in the waste engine oil can be distilled and collected into the distillation tank.
4. The oil gas from the buffer tank enters the catalytic tower. In the catalytic tower the macromolecular oil gas are broken down into smaller molecules.
5. Oil gas of small molecules enter the cooling system through the catalytic tower and are cooled into liquid oil;
6. After the oil gas steam out,the distillation reactor memory has plenty of hot asphalt, which can be extracted by the asphalt pump.

Environmental Protection

For water, it is used in two parts. In the cooling system, all the water is recycling, some water is evaporate due to high temperature, in some times, we just need to add water, no water emission. In the dedust system, the water is recycling, too.Due to the chemical reaction, the water is cleaned in the pool and recycled to dust removing device. No water emission.
About the gas, it includes two parts. First is the syngas, it is recycled to the furnance for heating, no emission. Another is the smoke, it is caused by the heating material. And it is clearned by water in the dedust system.NO emission, too.
About the carbon black, we do the futher process and our discharging system is fully closed, no slag flies out. No slag emission.
About the noise , we design draft fan with low noise and make it under international standard.
