Model 444-3H Smart Temperature Transmitter accepts 2-, 3- and 4-wire RTD, thermocouple and other resistance and millivolt inputs, with HART protocol communication or FOUNDATION fieldbus communication capabilities. When communicating using the HART protocol, the output is 4-20 mA/HART linear to the input; when communicating using the FOUNDATION fieldbus, it is an all-digital output. Features: ·Use HART or FOUNDATION fieldbus communication ·Transmitter and sensor matching function, after inputting the temperature impedance curve of the specified RTD sensor into the transmitter, the transmitter and the sensor can be perfectly matched, avoiding the interchangeability error of the sensor, and improving the accuracy by 75% Accuracy: 0.03% of range + 0.15°C (Pt100 as an example) Stability: When inputting thermal resistance and thermocouple, within 24 months, ±0.15% of reading or 0.15℃, whichever is greater Wide range: -200~1768℃, (within the sensor range, the range setting is unlimited) Advanced self-diagnostic features reduce the number of on-site repairs ·Temperature correction circuit to reduce the influence of ambient temperature Input/output galvanic isolation ·Excellent electromagnetic compatibility ·Independent parallel alarm circuit design Arbitrary configuration of input options Functional indicators: Input: User selectable. For input options, see the "Input Options/Precision" table on page 5. Output: When using HART protocol communication, two-wire 4~20mA/HART output, linear with temperature or other input signals. When using FOUNDATION fieldbus communication, it is all digital output, conforming to ITK4.5. Isolation: Input and output are isolated to 500 Vac reluctance (707 Vdc reluctance) at 50/60 Hz. Humidity Limits: 0-99% relative humidity, non-condensing. Update time: ≤0.5 seconds Performance: Power supply effect: less than ±0.005% of range per volt. Stability: With RTD and thermocouple input, transmitter stability will be ±0.15% of reading or ±0.15°C (whichever is greater) within 24 months. Self-calibration: The transmitter analog-to-digital conversion measurement circuitry automatically self-calibrates for each updated temperature data by comparing dynamic measurements to an extremely stable and accurate internal reference.
