Features
The all machine applies bottle handling technical and the filling valves go up-down when filling, which make sure the bottle filling goes stable, reliable during high speed. The bottle handling technical also make the different bottle changing easily without changing too many accessories.
This machine uses new generation stainless steel spring washing clips and the clips do not contact the upside of bottle screw avoiding the second pollution. It can both clear the inside and the outside of the bottle.
Spring cramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottle can be turned Over 180°along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and external washing,the efficiency of bottle washing is high., All parts that have direct contact with water are made in SUS304 stainless steel. The critical electronic components are from Mitsubishi (Japan), Siemens, etc., the pneumatic devices are from Japan and Italy.
