This intelligent computer inkjet printer adopts 10.2 inch multicolor LED touch screen and international advanced 32-bit ARM embedded structure. It runs embedded Linux system and provides unlimited storage of files. On the circuit, key technologies such as code stability control, data protection, are innovative and optimized in many aspects. This machine has powerful software editing features and extremely high stability. It can accurately print date, expiration date, lot number, model, specification, trademark, anti-counterfeiting labels, graphics on various surfaces of various materials, such as food, beverages, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, wire and cable, plastic packaging, and paper packaging products. 1. Mechanism design
Full 304 stainless steel shell,protection level of IP55,can protect the machine from dust,fitting several work environment. The ink feeding system is isolated from electronic control system,avoiding affecting each other.
2. Adopting international advanced triple nozzle anti-blocking technology
This machine has unique nozzle anti-blocking function.
It has independent solvent pump and lapidary nozzle with unique nozzle cleaning procedures.
First, automatically inject solvent when starting up, avoiding clogging nozzles with injecting ink, which greatly reduces the daily maintenance work.
Second, automatically inject solvent to clean nozzles and recycle pipelines when shutting down the machine, ensuring unblocked nozzles and ink pipes while next time starting up. This improves the stability of equipment operation.
Besides, nozzle plates can be removed solely and then clean it in the ultrasonic container, thoroughly solving the congestion problem.
3. Automatic power-off protection system
When the outside world suddenly loses power, in order to protect the nozzle component and printed items, and avoid the dirty, the dedicated UPS power supply system can guarantee the equipment running for a period of time,so the nozzle won’t flow.
