The Industry Cartridge filter housing is a new type of multifunctional filter, which consists of two parts: the filter housing and the filter element. It has been widely used in water, oil, paint, and other liquid purification and solid-liquid separation in machinery, metallurgy, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating, medicine, food and other industries.
To meet the flow and filtration requirements, Crowns can customize cartridge filters of different sizes.

Cleaning method |
1. It is usually recommended to clean a new filter element by backwashing it with clear water or using gas blowback. The backwash pressure should be higher than the operating pressure (e.g. 0.3 MPa) and the duration of the backwash should be 1-3 minutes. 2.Filter elements could be soaked in nitric acid solution below 5% or NaOH solution below 10% at room temperature, and then washed with water if the filtration effect is not ideal after backwash. |
