Description:
PTFE was developed firstly by DuPont(American) as a special polymer material with excellent comprehensive properties such as high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Our needle punched PTFE felt is made of PTFE fibers from DuPont, Lenzing and Tory company. Our products show varieties of advantages, such as flaming-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and excellent performance in nearly all kinds of chemical environment. It can work under temperature as high as 250℃. Meanwhile, its hydrophobicity and low surface coefficient of friction makes it self cleaning. With the excellent filtration performance, our products play important roles in coal-fired stations, cement plants, asphalt industry, steel mills, metal smelting and other high-temperature filtration fields. *The composite filter materials could be composed of PTFE fiber, other fibers or scrims according to the working condition.
