The explosion proof electric heater(circulation type) consists of explosion-proof electric heater (fluid type), expansion groove, storage tank, circulation pump, pipeling fittings, various physical sensors and electrical control devices.
The thermal oil conduction heating equipment use heat transfer medium as carrier. Driven by the circulation pump, the heat transfer medium absorbs and takes away the heat released from electric heater. Its temperature increases. When the medium flows through the heat consuming equipment, its heat is absorbed by the equipment. And then the medium returns to circulationg pump for heating again. After times of such circulation, the temperature of the heat consuming equipment increases. As a result, it can meet heating process requirements automatically.
