Product performance:
The iron core of the toroidal transformer is made of continuous continuous oriented silicon steel strips. After annealing, a highly consistent magnetic flux guidance will be formed. The pass density is higher because the toroidal transformer can achieve a high electrical efficiency of 95%.

The coil of the toroidal transformer is evenly wound on the core, and the direction of the magnetic field lines generated by the coil almost completely coincides with the magnetic circuit of the core. Compared with the laminated type, the excitation energy and core loss will be reduced by 25%.
The principle of the toroidal transformer is the same as that of the transformer, both of which are based on the basic principles of electro-magnetic and magneto-electric conversion.

Toroidal transformers can also be used in power inverters of various sizes, such as solar and wind power generation systems. This high-efficiency toroidal transformer with a low-loss iron core can greatly improve the overall efficiency of the inverter power supply.
