Descriptions of induction heating machine:
Quenching is to heat the material above the phase transition temperature, and to keep the microstructure of the material
sufficiently transformed into austenite during a certain period of time.
Then, the material is cooled rapidly and the martensite microstructure is obtained. Quenching is mainly to obtain higher hardness and better wear resistance. It is mainly used for carburizing parts such as gear, shaft, motor, roller, knife edge, screw, mould, track and so on.
Induction quenching equipment is our heat treatment systems for surface and through hardening. At the heart of each quenching machine is an Induction high frequency heat generator, which adopts the latest power units and unique frequency conversion technology. Induction hardening equipment consists of induction power supply, load line, capacitor, transformer, inductor, and machine tool.
The quenching equipment includes horizontal type, vertical type and special machine, and compensated induction power sources with a wide range of output frequency and power.
Functional features of induction heating machine:
1. INTEGRATED DESIGN: Complete the whole process of feeding, heating, assembling, cooling and taking materials on the same equipment.
2. MODULAR DESIGN: The mechanical part adopts modular standardization design. The driving force of pressure loading adopts the control of the high precision servo electric cylinder to achieve the precise pressure loading.
3. MULTISTAGE HEATING: Adapt precise digital induction heating equipment to realize multistage heating, using temperature control mode to realize the high consistency of the stator shell (rotor winding), then the workpiece can achieve the ideal expansion effect and the stability of assembly process is greatly improved.
4. UNMANNED PRODUCTION: The assembly of different products can be completed only by changing the tooling and fixtures. It can also reserve station for the industrial robot, which can realize Unmanned or less humanized production.
5. PLENTIFUL INTERFACES: Access to various monitoring instrument data like RS-485, Profibus, CAN and so on.
6. MULTIPLE PARAMETER DISPLAY: Multiple operation parameters display, storing process parameters.
