1. Delivery Method
Our company has signed agreement with DHL / TNT, which are international .
transport companies, this help us deliver goods quickly with more preferential price to reduce transport cost for our customer.
2. Transport Cycle
TNT within around 3-5 business days. Encountered with festivals, vacation or force manure, the transportation period may be a bit longer.
3. Package and Security
The merchandise are delivered in special container provided by DHL / TNT, Furthermore, we usually put some plastic bubbles inside the parcel to keep the product steady, waterproof and crash-proof. You can track the shipment via the web or ways you want to check.
4. Logistics and Packing
Considering the tough express transportation, packing the goods with plastic bubbles for inner protection. Then outside we use thick cartons for goods protection. Over the passed years, every single transportation goes well.

Bakue:Yes. We are a manufacturer factory. We are plant area one thousand square meters, and we are keeping extend our plant.

Bakue:Normally FOB(free on board), CIF(cost insurance and freight), EX-work
3. Customer: What is your payment terms?
Bakue:Generally T/T 30% deposit, the balance should be paid by T/T before shipment or against B/L scan copy within 3days.
4. Customer: How can I visit your factory or office?
Bakue:Welcome you visit our factory or office for business negotiation. Please try to contact our staff first by email or telephone. We will make the soonest appointment and arrangement the pick up.
5. Customer: Can you produce the goods as customer design?
Bakue:Welcome you send us the design or sample, we will calculated the cost and unit price to you in soonest.
6. Customer: May I get your sample for free?
Bakue:Sure, you will get our free sample. But the freight should be paid under your freight collected account in the first cooperation.
7. Customer: How about the products packing?.
Bakue:Packing as the different products and different size, we have professional export design packing for our customer, and we could as customer required.
