It is suitable for fixed working lighting in various large indoor stadiums, exhibition halls, factory buildings, freight yards, warehouses, supermarkets and other places.
In order to meet the visual needs of different production operations and the installation conditions of lamps, the reflector of industrial and mining lamps should be able to produce a wide and narrow light distribution. The surface is painted and glazed to make it white. The reflector made of aluminium, glass mirror, prism glass and other materials can obtain wide light distribution. It is suitable for large area, vertical or near vertical workplaces. For large workshops and places requiring separate lighting with large machine tools, reflectors made of prism glass, mirror glass and polished aluminium with strong light control properties can be used to obtain narrow beam distribution.
In order to work reliably in dusty and humid environments, the industrial and mining lamps have special requirements in structural design, shell and reflector. Closed lamps or convective lamps with upward light transmission should be used in dusty environments; airtightness of shell and surface treatment of reflector should be paid attention to in wet environments; open lamps commonly used in indoor are aluminium reflectors with enamel surface reflectors, thicker alumina film on the surface or coated with silica protective film. Considering the unavoidable vibration in the production site, the fixed light source should adopt the anti-loosening lamp holder, etc. There are many kinds of fixing ways for industrial and mining lamps. The general lighting lamp has the form of suction top, embedding, hoisting (using straight pipe or chain) and suction wall. Movable local lighting is equipped with corresponding hooks, handles, pins, etc. Fixed local lighting is usually firmly locked on the working machine with screw or fixed mechanism.
