Q2. How do you protect the dance floor led display from damage by dance and jump? A: The LED lamp beads are treated with advanced gluing technology, also the modules are covered by acrylic plates with a certain thickness and strength, anti-scratch, anti-skidding.
Q3: How to control the display contents? A: We use Novastar/Colorlight control system, use the HDMI to reach sync. control.
Q4: If the floor is not flat, how to make sure the flatness of the dance floor LED display? A: The height of supporting legs at the bottom can be adjusted to achieve good flatness .
Q5: Do you test your dance floor LED display? A: Yes, we have 100% test for 72hrs before delivery..
Q6: If the parts are damaged, can you replace them? A: We provide 5 years warranty, we will be responsible for free repairment or replacement for defective parts (under normal working condition).
Q7: What will you do if we have problems related to installation, configuration and use? A: Our after-sale service team will solve all the problems, until the screen can work normally.
Q8. What is your terms of payment? A: 50% as deposit, 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
