MAINTENANCE:
1. Distill water regularly to reduce the influence of outdoor water evaporation.
2. To reduce mineral deposits and bacteria build-up, the replacement of water every two weeks is recommended.
3. Inspect and clean the fountain and pump when be in use for a long time.
4. During long time of non-use, always unplug the power cord and clean the fountain and its accessories, remove water to keep the product clean and dry.
5. If the fountain does not work, please check plug at the socket. Make sure the plug is fully and properly inserted into the outlet. Next check to make sure the outlet is powered.
6. We advise that you always drain water features during the winter to prevent the water inside freezing and damaging the feature.
7. The best way to protect your fountain is to use a protection cover.
WARNING:
1. Recommended for outdoor use.
2. Distill water properly to make sure that the pump must be submerged completely under water.
3. Always unplug the fountain before cleaning the fountain and pump.
