Pneumatic torque wrench is a torque wrench that uses a high-pressure air pump as the power source. It is a torque multiplier with three or more layers of turnover gears driven by one or two powerful pneumatic motors. By adjusting the gas pressure to control the torque level, each tool is equipped with a dedicated air pressure comparison chart and calibration report to allow for specific torque demand settings. And for further application, pneumatic torque wrenches can be combined with torque sensors to make the output torque more accurate. After obtaining the required torque, a suitable circuit system can be used to manually or automatically turn off the air supply.
Pneumatic torque wrench is a handheld rotating pneumatic tool that can accurately set torque for completing the locking or dismantling of nuts and bolts; The control part is achieved through a voltage regulator and power management system, while the mechanical part adopts a planetary gear reduction mechanism
