When Type-C is connected to the Docking Station expansion dock, functionality is limited by the Type-C
port of the laptop. For example, if a laptop's Type-C port only supports "data transfer", the docking station
will only provide "data transfer" output, even if it has HDMI or other features. But with Type-C Thunderbolt,
