Purpose of Home Appliance Testing Equipment:
It is used to test whether the Current-carrying hoses is resistant to abrasion.

Structure and function of Current-Carrying Hoses Abrasion Resistance Tester:
The crank mechanism rotates at the rate of 30r/min, and makes the current carrier tube sample move back and forth 300mm 100 times through the connecting rod. At the same time, the hose is supported by a rotating smooth roller, and an emery cloth belt is attached to the outer edge of the roller, moving at a speed of 0.1m/min. The abrasive material of emery cloth is emery sand, and the particle size is P100 according to IS06344-2. The other end of the hose is hung with a weight of 1kg as a guide to prevent the hose from rotating. In the lowest position, the maximum distance between the weight and the center of the roller is 600mm. After the test is completed, the basic insulation should not leak out and the electrical strength test of 16.3 should be carried out between the connected wires and the salt solution.
