5.Design description

2) As for the heat dissipation of the module, through the calculation of 40mA current and 5-6v voltage of the module, the heat energy converted from the electric energy can be heated up to 1 ° for more than 43h, even if there is no loss; while the product's own base plate adopts aluminum base plate and does not contact with quartz tube directly, most of the heat will be transmitted to the top and slowly dissipated, Therefore, the heating of this part can be ignored, and no special heat dissipation structure design is required
6.The product adopts the snap fit and installation mode, which is simple and convenient, and is designed with a positioning slot to prevent the dead, so that the reverse installation will not occur;
The UV module has water leakage sensing function, which can effectively prevent damage and injury to the product or human body after the lens is accidentally broken; the water leakage sensing contact is located at the bottom of PCB, as shown in the figure below.
