3 Hold the virus sampling tube upright to prevent the liquid in the tube from spilling. Unscrew the cap from the collection tube
4 Invert the cap, insert the sponge swab into the tube and close the cap.
5 Invert the capped virus sampling tube and shake vigorously 15 times.
