Electro fusion connection process
①  This equipment is a special automatic fusion welding machine for the electrofusion connection of PE/PP and other pipes and pipe fittings, and is compatible with the connection requirements of steel skeleton plastic pipes.The control board adopts the effective value (imported special chip) to detect and control, and the control accuracy is not affected by the change of grid voltage. The signal detection channel is fully adjusted by digital potentiometer and digital calibration. Completely eliminate the impact of vibration due to transportation.The welding machine also has the function of "pipe fitting identification". If the welded pipe fitting is unqualified, the welding machine will alarm "pipe fitting error", thus ensuring the construction quality.

Application

Automatic Electro-fusion Welding Machine is used for polyethylene pipe fusion weld. With voltage & current control, the built-in resistance wire will be heating, and then the machine could meet the welding requirements for carious electric welding pipes and fittings. This welding machine has the following functions and features:
