QBY Series Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump Product Description
The Series QBY pneumatic diaphragm pumps are operated with compressed air.Our diaphragm pumps work as well as those imported from Germany or USA,suitable for pumping fluids with particles and other various liquids which are highly viscous,volatile,corrosive or toxic,as well as colloids. The pump body is made of aluminum alloys,cast iron or stainless steel.
The diaphragm is made of high quality rubber such as nitrile rubber,chloronorgutta rubber,fluoroine rubber. The diaphragm pumps are widely used in the petroleum industry,chemical industry,electronic industry,ceramic industry,food and textile industry.
Main Applications
1. Pumping peanut butter,pickle,mashed potatos,small sausage,jam,applesauce,chocolate and so on.
2. Pumping used to suct paint,rubber,color.
3. Pumping bond,gluewater and so on.
4. Pumping a variety of tile,porcelain,brick and a pottery glaze.
5. Pumping sediment and grouting for oil well.
6. Pumping all sorts of emulsion and packing.
7. Pumping various sewage.
8. Pumping sewage for tankers and barges.
9. Pumping hops,yeast slurry,syrup,molasses.
10. Pumping water for mines,underground tunnels,wasted mineral residue,also pumping cement grouting and mortar.
11. Pumping various rubber latex.
12. Pumping various abrasive,mordants,oil and slurry,oil dirt.
13. Pumping toxic,imflammerble and volatile liquids.
14. Pumping acid,alkaline,and corrosive liquids.
15. The maximum temperature can reach up to 150℃.
16. As preceding-stage sending pressure equipment for solid-liquid seperation.
WORKING CONDITION
Environment temperature: 5 to 65 C degree
Liquid temperature: -20C to 150 C degree
Liquid viscosity: to 10000cps
Pump flow and pressure can be adjusted by the supply air, from 0.1 to 0.8Mpa.
No shaft seal, no rotating parts, suitable for poisonous and corrosive liquid.
It can work without electricity, suitable for inflammable and explosive liquid.
Spacious through-pass performance, suitable for the liquid with slurry and impurity.
Can operate while immerged into the medium.
Pump can work with idle operation.
