The radar water level gauge is based on precise time measurement of electromagnetic wave ranging technology. The sensor emits electromagnetic waves to irradiate the water surface and receive its echoes. And the information such as the distance from the water surface to the electromagnetic wave emission point, the distance change rate (radial velocity), position, and altitude can be received.

The radar water level gauge is an innovative application of industrial ranging radar in the field of water level measurement. It realizes high precision (mm-level) water level meter, large range (35 meters), high reliability, easy installation, and maintenance-free technology leapfrogging.
The radar water level gauge is connected with computers and PLC through standard signal interfaces, and can also be connected with corresponding display, recording and control devices (such as RTU) to form a water level monitoring system.
The radar water level gauge is suitable for water level monitoring of the river or reservoir, open channel water level, front of the dam, and tail water level monitoring at the dam.
